5. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected through channels such as the contact form on the Site, e-mail and telephone, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: “your explicit consent”, “processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

to learn whether your personal data is processed,
to request information if your personal data has been processed,
to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
to request rectification if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
to request erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in KVKK,
to request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
to claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
